Ideally located in the Mykonian complex “Diles”, mostly family-owned, this apartment offers three cozy bedrooms with A/C in every bedroom, two modern bathrooms, a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen, and access to the beautiful common swimming pool.

Step onto the spacious balcony with a view of the pool, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The apartment comfortably accommodates six, making it ideal for families with children and groups of friends who appreciate a peaceful and joyful atmosphere.

The Interior

The interior boasts three tastefully furnished bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests with the utmost comfort and privacy. • Bedroom #1: Has a queen-sized bed, full closet, floor mirror, and desk workspace. This bedroom is spacious enough to host a pack’n’play / travel crib (available upon request at no extra cost), so 2 adults + 1 toddler.
• Bedroom #2: Has a queen size bed, too, and a full closet.
• Bedroom #3: Has 2 single beds and an en-suite bath, which can be perfect for children and teenagers.

Every bedroom is cooled or heated with a separate a/c.

The two modern bathrooms provide convenience and style, while the fully-equipped open plan kitchen (with ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as mixer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, express boiler, all necessary pans, and kettles) is the perfect place to prepare your meals and relish them in the open air dining area, fostering shared moments of joy.

The Myconian-styled living room offers a TV set, two large built-in sofas, and a coffee table where you can enjoy a sip of coffee just to wake up!

About The Location

Convenience is at your doorstep, as the captivating shores of the Aegean Sea are just a stroll away. Ornos beach is 400 m. away and Korfos Bay is about 100 m., both within walking distance. Ornos Beach is family-friendly, with many restaurants ranging from high-end sushi to local souvlaki shops, organized with umbrellas and deck chairs, offering family sports activities. Water taxis that set off from Ornos Beach can take you to most of the other beaches on the island of Mykonos. Beach hopping starts here!

Korfos is a sports-oriented bay where the local kite surf and windsurf clubs reside.

Next to the complex is the Mykonos Stadium which you could use for your daily jog.

Additionally, you’ll find yourself five minutes away from the local market and the bus station, simplifying your travel plans and granting you easy access to the island’s enchanting attractions. You can find the local supermarket, bakery, butcher’s, and pharmacy within a 5-minute walking distance. More shops such as car and moto rentals, hairdressers, nail studios, restaurants, and bars are also nearby (within walking distance).

The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. By bus, you can easily get to the city of Mykonos. All the famous beaches of the island such as Paraga, Paradise, Super Paradise, etc. are accessible by bus.

Guest access

You’re welcome to enjoy all parts of the house, including the shared swimming pool, which is exclusively for the residents and guests of the complex. There are six comfy sunbeds available for you to relax on, either by the pool or on the veranda. Just make sure to stay near them when you’re by the pool so others know they’re being used. These sunbeds are only for our guests, so please be careful with them.

To keep everything nice for everyone, please only use the sunbeds within the complex – either by the pool or on the veranda. Don’t take them to the beach, though. If a sunbed goes missing, there will be a charge of 50 Euros for each one.

We’ve also got beach towels ready for you to use. And if you’re renting a car or a moto, there’s a free public parking area between the complex and the Stadium.

Other things to note

Taking a Break: In Greece, especially during summer, we have something called “siesta” time from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It’s a quiet time when people rest. To be respectful to our neighbors in the complex, please keep the noise down and avoid using the pool, shouting, listening to music on the balcony, or making a lot of noise during this time. This also applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Stay Hydrated and Be Kind: Remember to drink bottled water to keep yourself protected and refreshed. Also, please don’t throw papers or other things in the toilet to prevent any plumbing issues.

Mykonos Vibes: Mykonos is known for its windy and sandy nature. So, expect to see a lot of sand around!

Being mindful of these simple things will make your time at the Pineapple House pleasant for everyone, including your fellow guests.
